The Mountainland Continuum of Care and Mountainland Association of Governments has coordinated on development of a 10-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness. This Plan is developed in response to a national goal established by President Bush, and supported by the State of Utah, to end chronic homelessness in 10 years. The Plan has the support of the Mountainland Continuum of Care, a cooperative organization of service providers, governmental agencies and other parties involved in addressing homelessness, and the Mountainland Executive Council, a board comprised of all Mayors and County Commissioners/Councilpersons in Summit, Utah and Wasatch Counties. |

The Draft Goshen General Plan is now available for review. The mission of the General Plan is to provide for a strong, positive civic image and quality of life or people who live and/or work in Goshen Town by providing policies and standards that ensure he orderly and balanced distribution of growth, sound fiscal and economic investment and reservation of the open and rural environment in a clean, attractive physical setting. |
