Mountainland offers a variety of volunteer opportunities that allow individuals of all ages to make a difference in the community. 

Our volunteers provide countless hours of service to benefit our senior neighbors. Opportunities range from one hour a week to 20 hours a month, or somewhere in between. 

Last year, Mountainland volunteers donated 79,225 hours in our community.
